Who doesn’t like macaroni and cheese?
I mean usually it the only cuisine kids like to eats. I know it was my favorite when I was a youngster, but that doesn’t mean it’s not for grown-ups too. Lets jazz up plain ol’ mac and cheese and turn it into an adult loving side dish, as baked macaroni and cheese.
Baked macaroni and cheese is very simple to make. Granted you can’t just use the quick and easy box of mac and cheese. No baked macaroni and cheese must be homemade.
The Pioneer Woman is my favorite blogger and cook. She is very inspirational, if you don’t know who she is look her up. Anyways The Pioneer Woman has a great recipe for macaroni and cheese on her website. Her recipe is beyond good, but if you like a little crunch try adding bread crumbs to the top before baking. I like using Italian bread crumbs, which you can buy at any grocery store already made and ready to use. It does add a little extra flavor, but it doesn’t overpower the macaroni and cheese.
